We did not have any involvement with the plant selection (though we agree that it looks fabulous!). I would venture a guess that the red tree is a Japanese maple, however.

Both trees look to be japanese maples. There are two different varieties, the red one being a crimson queen.

The taller tree to the left looks like it could be a young Jacaranda mimosifolia.
