It is a Pampas species grass & also fiber optic grass - and it provides a great scuptural and modern look for the entrance.
Our landscape designer put it together for our client.

The bottom grass is actually dupont grass, an artificial product that looks incredibly life-like and soft.
It is perfect for the cold winter months when everything dies off!
