CEO Nancy for A Dream Come True
Someone asked what kind of paint this is. I'm going to guess it's from KWAL in Hyde-Hide White in their semi-gloss, latex with extra pigment so it will color easily. I have found that people who have not used oil in whites, find that they end up with a beautiful shade of light butter yellow after 5 years. You cannot touch it up if you have used oils - you HAVE to have it re-sprayed.

Jamison Howard The trim color is Dover White. It is a Sherwin Williams Color.

A dream Come True I am new to this site and have been chastised for not paying someone for their information on where something was purchased. I would not take a dime for my information and I said, upfront, that it was just a guess. You didn't say how you know the color and manufacture of the paint. Now that you have come in with the definitive answer, is the girl that initially asked the question excepted to pay you? Tracy Taylor and her friends said to me that they wanted to start a police watch for people that are being answered and then not giving them a cut.

Is THAT what this site is about? Are you now going to get a cut from the girl who asked about the paint? If that is how it is, then this site is just for back biter know-it-alls and I just can't emotionally get involved. Here I thought I had found such a nice place for people in the trade - to trade. If they knew.
But Tracy and her friends were saying enough mean things to bring me to tears. And when I looked at her skills I thought with her dress cut down to her waist - she'd make more money on a dancing pole. I made nothing from knowing where those vases she told me about. If she went to hours of research then I wish she just hadn't answered. Mainland China is VERY hard to work with, I have worked with that company before. They have a hard time understanding English even though they are very nice.

I have two dimes to rub together, so the chances I can get them for what was my home are slim anyway. Tracy-did you want one or both of the dimes?

But then to get these e-mails in my inbox calling me names --- well Tracy -- I wish I hadn't even asked the question and I wish you had told me and EVERYONE ELSE that you expected payment for it.

HOUZZ - is this how your site is run? I never read a thing that I was supposed to pay for answers. And what about the other people who wanted to know Tracy? The ones you'll never know about? Are THEY expected to give you a cut as well?

Nancy Collings Mr. Howard,

I know you are so busy. I couldn't love your style more. White and light and airy with contrast that is perfect. I just lost the chance to buy affordable dark rattan bar stools at Williams-Sonoma, where I have an account. They were $89.00 and sold out, never to be seen again! :(( Right now we have nowhere to sit in our kitchen! If you could tell me where the ones you have used were purchased, I would be very grateful!
