Need help with lighting

My living room sectional is placed in the center of the room. The floor is tiled and there are no outlets in the floor. Do you have any tricks for how to get reading lights to the sofa area without plugging lamps into the wall and running cords across the surface of the tile? Thank you for your help.

Sorry. The house is in FL and I'm currently in the Northeast, so photos are not possible.

I can tell you, though, that the closest wall is about four feet from the end of the sofa. The exit path to the patio is through that four foot area. The ceilings are ten foot and have recessed lights.
