Deciding between white and antique white

We are remodeling our bathroom and kitchen and are torn between white and antique white midcontinent cabinets. The home is a ranch style traditional decor home. I would love any input or ideas from people who have chosen one color over the other and why.....suggestions?

As with most things, it is a personal preference. We use off white as a stark white-white just seems to jump out at me - I think it reminds me of the 1950's homeowner painted cabinets many of us grew up with.

Look at lots of kitchen photos and you'll know which shade of white you prefer. I love the white kitchens by Christopher Peacock. For me, its timeless a look because I never get tired of white and I like the contrast with wall color. I found the Downsview Kitchens website helpful also. Have fun.
