If you are willing to move the trees in the third picture, the stone wall area would make a great backdrop for an outdoor grill/bartop area. maybe even a built-in pizza oven. From what can be seen you have beautiful architectural elements on the house that should be utilized in any of your planning.

We are thinking of a grill area. As you can see on the far wall, there is a sink but would rather do something closer to the table area since that is where we enter and exit from the indoor kitchen area. The only problem is that the drain is way over by the existing sink.
Baltimore Architectural Detail LLC I think the Vegas kitchen is attractvie and I see the plumbing challenge at the SW house. It looks like a Pueblo design, stucco, biegey, etc. I would search for images evoking moorish kitchens like Majorca, Minorca or Spain. These are climates where for the most part kitchens ARE partially outside. There may be some on HOUZZ you may need to look outside of HOUZZ but if you look at Mediterranean climates you will likely find some very natural and easy layouts for this living space.
Brown Bros. Masonry Outdoor kitchens can be an amazing feature and can add much value to one's home. They can be veneered in cutlured or natural stone . An outdoor fireplace would be a nice addition to your pool area as well!
