i believe it is made by Schoolhouse Electric out of Oregon. We just built a home and i ordered some of our fixtures from them...beautiful hand made products, excellent service! I highly recommend these folks!

I saw some just like these at either Home Depot or Lowes. I was at both stores yesterday..LOL very affordable.
