I posted pic couple of months ago. Community told me to take out overpowering bushes which I did. Form the street hardly can tell where front entrance. Faces northwest. Would like to do a pergola and have steps come out nearer the door. Rotting so has to be replaced. Really hard to get my act together so any more guidance would be appreciated.

Is it possible to rework the porch. I think I would bring it out to the windows on the side and then add a couple of rocking chairs or a loveseat/seating area with colorful pillows.

I think that is a good idea. Nice walkway to driveway I am thinking also.

How about a nice gable roof line facing the street will hi-lite the porch area, then extend the steps to the front and link in landscaping and pathway to the drive. This will dramatically add a feature to the frontage also

After looking again, I might even add shutters to the window on the porch too once you move the railing and patio area out. It would give the area more presence. I think I would also add window boxes for some flowers . to both windows too. Oh and get a bigger light by the front door and garage. I do love the house color and it will be more inviting with just those few changes. Keep us posted.

I agree with shudders. A friend suggested that also. Window boxes would be great too. That would really make it inviting. Thanks again!
