What can I do with too shiny semi-gloss paint?
February 13, 2013 in Design Dilemma
Just painted my bathroom with semi-gloss paint and a bright green color. Together it is just TOO MUCH! Is there anyway to cut the gloss somehow? I hate to sand and re-paint the whole thing.

Give it a good rub with a nylon scourer-sponge (with the green top), as if it were very dirty. Don't push too hard, but rub thoroughly.

Do you mean a kitchen sponge with a sponge on one side and scrubber on the other? Or more like a nylon thing you use in the shower? Thanks for the advice, by the way!
