We have these kind of tiles inset into the centre of a funky wooden patio table. I find all they need is wiping over with a damp rag. Guess it would be the same if they were in a shower?

Can you post a picture of the shower? It would depend on which wall you were going to do, whether cleaning will be an issue. If it's the main area where the shower sprays, and you have hard water, you will be dealing with mineral deposits. All those grout lines between tiny tiles are a pain if you live in a damp area and mildew is an issue. If you are the person who can wipe down the shower every time you use it, you could install anything and it will always look nice. Just a few things to consider.
