Art to replace tv void?

Space is still being cleaned up, as you can see. We lived here while building house next door. It's above garage and now we are renting it out. We had big speakers up high and a 46" tv mounted in the void. I spackled all holes and bumps and bruises and gave fresh coat and found grommets for the holes. Those built ins were in between trusses. We are currently getting those finished to what was originally planned. They are 24" centers and then rock so each void is 21-22" and so I think tv spot in the end is around 42" wide and 30" tall. What's appropriate for a rental? I thought about a map of Alaska... Also a big mirror but $$? I found one on target 24"x36" espresso and its decently priced!! Thoughts?
