what type of fruit trees are grown in the pots/ they seem to be different types of trees. also what flowers are at the base of the trees?

    These look like they could be cumquat trees. The flowers at the base are a type of Geranium, I believe.

    Kumquat and/or Loquat trees; they are both evergreens. Fruits taste very different.

    Thank you, I didnt know they could grow in pots. I've seen them and they grow to be pretty big trees.

    Since they are a type of evergreen will they survive a midwest climate?

    Consult a book for sure with regard to their zone, but they are found a lot in Calif., The Middle East & Mediterrainean region.....won't take a harsh winter. U would have to protect in a pot at best, i think.
