Bull nose vs. beveled edge on granite countertops

Hoping to achieve an airy cottage feel in a small kitchen. Decided on light colored granite countertops. I am having difficulty making a decision on the edging. My style is more traditional and cottage throughout our home.

I think that an eased edge is the most classic. It has a flat face which gives the granite a thicker profile, and it has soft edges which feel nice when you lean on it. The beveled edge, in my opinon is more contemporary. The bullnose is nice, but my preference for a traditional cottage would be an eased edge.
