Glazed Mexican tiles are a great choice, though they tend to be strong colors and design. They are a result of the Spanish influence in Mexico (though the tiles and designs of Spain were influenced by the Moors).[houzz=Latin Fireplaces[houzz=4500 Spanish Oaks]los-angeles] [houzz=5,000+ s.f. White stucco or chalk on the exterior walls with dark wooden windows and balconies (and the tiled roof) will make it look like a modern mediterranean home.
