Do you know the name of the stain used on your woodwork (doors)

We have a home of similar vintage and style (tho not nearly as nice) and are restoring it. The doors look exactly like yours and we are assuming they are birch. Did you have any work done to the woodwork and do you know the name and maker of the stain? We are terrified of making a mistake with the stain. Thank you.

Yes, they are birch. I don't think there is a stain on it. We have the same original doors in our Cliff May. They've just yellowed naturally over time.

Is the painted bedroom entry door/ frame inset from the Sheetrock wall? Also, is the white surface at the top of the Sheetrock wall painted trim, or surface painted? Nice details!
