GE Monogram or sub zero/wolf?
February 27, 2013 in Design Dilemma
Always thought this was a no brainer... didn't have a great experience with reliability of my old sub zero, Monogram appliances are very attractive and considerably less expensive. Does sub zero add significant value?

Ironwood Builders
They sure add significant cost! Cost vs. Value is still most likely 50% or less within 5 years no matter which one you buy.
