How to configure a long narrow greatroom for views to lake and fireplace

We're building a lakefront home on a narrow lot and have a 14' x 20' greatroom space in the northwest corner of the house. The lake view is at one end of the 20'. We want to add a fireplace, without diminishing the view of the lake, and also want to be able to configure furniture to take advantage of the lake view, fireplace, and TV.

Hi- will you be having a great deal of glass/windows or doors in this room? Are you able to post a rough layout of the room in relation to the lake and the rest of the house?
