Is that real wood floor or a porcelain one? If it is porcelain, do you know the color and brand?

That is real wood (engineered) Try looking at Emser Tile and Stone or Porcelanosa, both of those vendors have beautiful wood look porcelain tiles. (The first brand being more budget friendly)
