Combining painted trim with wood-stained interior doors
March 6, 2013 in Design Dilemma
I'm thinking about doing this in the new home we're building. I've seen a few photos with this combination, but I'd love to see more. If anyone has this going on in their home, I'd love to see what you've done. I know the white trim is popular, but I also love the warmth of stained wood.

Yes. But with solid doors and doing all the doors that way. I'm just wondering if it will look funny. I guess I'm used to either all white or all stained wood, but I haven't seen much with a combination of the two.

It's a good look don't be afraid I've painted many homes and done doors stained and all trim painted.
