Does a home require a bathtub?

Only one left in our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath home is in the master bathroom. We never use the tub. Does my planned renovation need to include one for resale value?

Yes, definately. It should be in a master bath and in the main bath used by other bedrooms (such as one the kids use).

If you had another it would not be necessary to keep one in the master, but since you do not you should keep it.

Ideally the main bathroom should have the tub.
