Need help for bathroom update

Bathroom outdated with gold fixtures and shower enclosure. How do I update faucets, drawer knobs, etc without replacing everything? Silver seems to be in the "in" color, but I don't want to replace jacuzzi tub faucets, shower door, etc., which are gold.

Now there is a trend of the mix of silver and gold. Change what you can , then tie in the whole area with the combo of both. You can change the knobs to silver , and add silver framed art, light fixtures in silver , a silver accessory etc as per your budget.
