Does anybody know what the fabric on this chair is?

It looks likes reinterpretation of a missoni design... Maybe a modern take?

I would ask this blogger. She's the one who appears to have refurbished the desk and chair. http://theturquoiseiris.blogspot.com/2012/06/bali-hai-desk-and-chair-in-white-and.html

There are no details in the blog post. I would contact the blogger through her etsy account and ask. She's used that fabric on at least one other item.

She's based in Oklahoma City, I think. Perhaps you could contact a couple fabric stores in that city with the picture and see if anyone knows. Good luck!

I think this is considered to be an ikat chevron. I would search etsy - there are tons of modern fabrics on there.

I did a quick search and these came up you can probably find what you're looking for if you spend a little time on there http://www.etsy.com/search?search_submit=&q=blue+green+ikat+chevron+fabric&order=most_relevant&view_type=gallery&ship_to=US

Looks about right to me.
Here's another shot of the fabric -- looking more head-on. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-fSV5E81VyHs/UKA_HDTnPzI/AAAAAAAAC94/Zt0o9jfwQ8A/s400/Green+and+turquoise+dresser+after+1+004.jpg

Order the swatch. Anything you order online you want a swatch of to be sure the colors are true to what you want. Also--just fyi--though it says indoor/outdoor, a poly outdoor fabric will fade much sooner than acrylic outdoor fabrics.
