What color of backsplash would go with Kashmir White without going gray?

Redoing my kitchen. Having white cabinets put in tomorrow and have white kashmir on order - have been told to use gray which is not my favorite color. Surely there are other choices?

A little late, but this granite is so neutral you can go with anything. If you want to keep it crisp and mono then white backsplash. I personally would go with a green or blue glass tile. Or even a white-pearl glass tile.

Yes, it has a magenta streak in it along with blues. It actually looks more black than the picture shows.
