Best Neutral Paint

Looking for thoughts on best neutral paint with some depth. We just purchased an older home, tore up the carpet and redid the hardwood floors. We have crown molding in dining room / living room. Most of the house is close to golden oak but floor and crown are a bit darker. The floor is golden oak mixed w/ provincial (to cut the yellow) and to help cover the two spots that couldn't be totally buffed out. The spots are way better than what I ever expected but still a tad noticeable. Looking for a nice neutral that might help offset the draw of the eye and reflection on floor. Any thoughts or suggestions?
