We specified a first grade Finnish Birch from sustainably managed forests. First grade Finnish ply has no defects in the facing ply or in the exposed edge layers (often Chinese or Russian birch ply may come from less sustainable forests or are of lower quality).
The paint, as in all floor, wall, ceiling and joinery finishes are from natural products made by Auro paints.
