I have a concrete pool which is plastered. The pool needs a big facelift. I am looking into fibreglass being applied. Any thoughts. The pool is 20 by 40. If the local plaster guy didn't want 10 thou I would re due the plaster

Fiberglass is normally more expensive. As far as the plaster goes, all pool remodeling companies use an exposed aggregate now, some of the brand names include diamond brite, marquis, and pebble tech. Marcite was the most common surface used until they couldn't add asbestos to it anymore, that's what gave it durability.
