Any color will work with Saltillo. Consider it as a neutral, similar to hardwood flooring. We have it in our house and love it.

Hello, Spanish Style homes are very nice and generally have a lot of character built into the homes. A traditional look would lend itself better to the warmer yellowish/cream or muted green tones. Another more modern option would be to go with a warm white or mix it up a bit with a beautiful unexpected robins egg blue, it all depends on the tile color. You want to pick something that does not conflict tremendously with the current finishes. Good Luck
