Mark designs a lot of his own furniture, this looks to me like it has Mark Cravotta written all over it, but I'm not 100% positive. His info is here if you are looking for a custom piece:

The neon is actually a new creation by Todd Sanders of Roadhouse Relics. It was approximately $5k.
