Before we begin the total reno of our kitchen, I can't stop thinking about a dining table. The one what we have now was made from the same materials as cabinets and countertop (30 years ago).
No cabinetmakers I was talking to don't make that, and some even get surprised with my question. Some offer to install granite on 1 or 2 low cabinets, but this is going to be too heavy and always cold!
Should I shop for a dining table first and then match cabinets to that (of course, basics of colours would be chosen before), or that is totally separate project and just should match the style?
