Maximizing space to meet clients program and needs.

Aside from already dealing with limitations from a local zoning standpoint, 10' side and rear setbacks and allowable lot coverages, we have a new challenge upon us here in NJ.

That is meeting the new FEMA flood map (height) requirements. In this particular case, we were just about to submit our site plan to achieve a building permit and CAFRA. Then based upon the new requirements, everything had to be raised by 18" to comply.

Well, we pulled it off and I wanted to share with you all. Maximizing the site and tastefully integrating the home to its new surroundings is what we do best!!

If you are dealing with similar issues and most of the NJ shore/coast line is, please let us assist you.

Thank you and I look forward in speaking with you.

Sounds like a challenge. Some photos would be nice. If you have them, you can move this to "before and after".

The project hasn't started yet, just submitted for a builder permit and the existing home needs to be demolished.
