should you use the same size pulls on the top and bottom cabinets?

I frequently use handles or pulls on drawers and knobs on doors. Go for it!

Hi Shelv, I face the same problem with all my cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms and the kitchen. I actually prefer a very clean look, with no hardware at all. But some of the drawers are not easy to open without a handle/knob. Now I'm hoping I can get the best of both worlds -- maybe zero hardware for the top cabinets in the kitchen, and only handles on the drawers below the counter tops. :) Photos, please, of your progress ? :)

This is a personal preference. I have designed cabinets with the same door and drawer hardware and other with drawer pulls and door knobs. Do you have any photos of your cabinets or cabinet elevations?

Using knobs with pulls, bin pulls, glass knobs, different finishes on different wood or paint colors in a single kitchen...all are going on now. The key is to make it look intentional and excellent.

I have knobs on cabinets, pulls on most drawers and bin pulls on a set of one narrow drawer and two bins. They are all in the same brushed stainless steel finish. I wasn't sure if three different types of hardware would look too busy, but I chose a simple design, Hickory's Williamsburg collection and I'm very happy with the result.
