We just had our granite installed in our bathroom and I'm noticing that the sink cut outs are a little smaller than our under mount sinks. There is at least 1/2 to 1 inch overhang inside the sink hole! According to the installer, they cut it by manufacturer specifications with a template already provided in the box. This general template is suppose to account that each sink is different. Is it normal have overhang inside the sink hole? Is it possible they could polish the hole more even though the granite is already installed?
