What are those vertical bars next to the range for? And what about the horizontal black bar above the range?

I would love a product tag for the range and more details about everything around it on the countertop. Thank you!

The vertical bars are for standing hot pots, plates on. Grooves were made into the Corian worktop and the metal bars were then slotted in. The Black horizontal bar is a remote controlled downdraft extractor fan, there are many suppliers of these try De Dietrich 88cm downdraft extractor DHD7000X. The hob is from Miele, sink Franke and tap Latitude Legacy Pull Out Kitchen Tap, for this try tapcentre.com
