You can have almost any pattern/graphic cut out of adhesive vinyl. It is referred to as cut vinyl in 'the business.' Andresimaging.com is a company that mainly produced commercial graphics, but are able to produce one-offs. What's really cool is that they have a vinyl that looks like frosted glass... so it can be applied in neat patterns to provide some privacy.

They have this decal in Target stores. Its not as big in size but the same design.
