Futuro Futuro Kitchen Range Hoods
If you're talking about the 2-tone part between the upper & lower frames of the hood, that looks like a "Venetian Stucco" effect.

This can be accomplished with special plasters (search for "Venetian Stucco plaster"), or simulated very closely with a multi-layer paint technique called "Venetian Luting". Examples attached below.

However, making a successful VS effect is complicated and risky, as well as requiring specialized materials, tools, and most importantly, experience. If you want the best results, we would recommend contacting the company which made the range hood, and having them manufacture one for you.
