Hi Michael Abrams

I have a question for you. I know this has nothing to do with this beautiful room, however, (witch is beautiful) I was wondering how does someone get their foot in the door with interior design..........if they don't have a degree? This is all I have ever wanted to do:)

Wow - that's a great question. I would suggest the following; try interning with a local interior designer helping out in the office. Firms need help organizing the design library, running errands and general assistance. This way you can experience first hand what designers do on a daily basis. Another route is take a course in interior design at a local college; you do not need to necessarily pursue a degree but taking several courses can be both inspirational and informative. Best of luck and follow your dreams and they will become your reality.
