Hello, this home has an overall square footage of approx 4700, with around 3000 of that being on the first level.

Thank you so much! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this layout and design. I am wanting to take this first floor layout and add two bedrooms to it to make a one story home. Could this be possible and would you be able to design that? Thanks again.
