I love the look of glass blocks in bathrooms. Is there any problems with mold using glass blocks?

Of course the glass blocks won't have a problem with mold because they are glass. One of the keys many people don't consider when doing a glass block wall is to use the best available grout. We recommend using a urethane grout because it does not absorb moisture like standard sanded grout. The other thing we recommend is to use a vinyl stacking system which makes minimizes the amount of grout or mortar that is used significantly. I will include a link to our glass block shower and shower accessory pages below that will provide you with a greater amount of information on these subjects and also show some installation videos using these systems.

If we can be of further assistance just call us from the numbers on the site - we'd love to help.
