I adore the orage leaved bush? Is this infact a bush or is this trumpet vine?

I think the orange flower is an annual called Mexican Sunflower 'Torch' (Tithonia rotundifolia). Planted in spring after all danger of frost, it can easily grow to 6' tall in a matter of months. It's a great plant for cut flowers and attracting butterflies, especially Monarch.
