Is an angled counter weird or a good use of space?
April 17, 2013 in Design Dilemma
I am wondering if the counter of this picture looks weird on the angle (left side) or would it be better to have it be straight back ( but then the counter ends in the middle of the wall?)

It is very difficult to see in the perspective. Can you post a plan view?

it would look awkward and require custom work which means added cost.

If the space is important for you, I think it's a good use of space. Also depends on how you enter from the left, as DA asked about.

HI -- The computer picture looks odd and you can't tell what the finished product will be from that . It will be a custom cabinet but won't cost too much more than a regular cabinet, - might be the best way to deal with that end run of counter for your floor plan . Can you post a floor plan , that will give a better idea for us to go by .
