Where do you get the spice racks and the pan holder? or what would be an easy way to make all of them?

The bad thing about spices over the cooking surface is that many spices lose their flavor when subjected to heat and steam that cooking produces. They also lose flavor and get clumpy when you open them over steaming pans. It's better to store spices away from where you cook, or where it won't get so hot.
