I love this idea. I want to cover 25 by 15 feet. Would one panel be ok

Thanks! These shade sails are 10 feet by 15 feet. The steel posts are 8 feet tall. There are a bunch of different ready-made sizes that you can find here http://www.shadesails.com/ready%20made.htm . It looks like the biggest size is 20 x 20, so I think you would need 2 sails to cover that expanse. They do have custom sail options available.

Have you had any sagging or moving of the sailes with such a level configuration of your corners?

Great questions. Yes and no. The sails inevitably sag/move a little over time. But they are attached so they can be tightened and altered, so when they do change over time, they can be adjusted and tightened.

Might I make one other, admittedly self serving, suggestion. We also manufacture these sails, and do it here in the US. All of our material is commercial grade and we utilize equal or nicer hardware and materials that shade sails.com. Also, we are much cheaper. www.tenshon.com. ;)

What type of sail would you recommend to cover a circular area of about 37' in diameter?
