Looking for some help to what I could do with these ugly walls such as accessories, mirrors , other wall hangings, paint etc. I was thinking of covering the radiatior with a wooden cover in the image.

Can you take another pic from the other angle so we can see the whole room and what furnishings you'll be working with? May help with paint color ideas, your style/taste, etc.! :)

I am also looking at changing the rug, cushions, glass tv cabinet and curtains. I would like it to feel homely . Any suggestions would be welcome.

Is there a possibility of getting rid of one of the loveseats and replacing it with one large chair? If you did that, maybe you could move your tv onto one of the flat walls.....get a long low storage type media center, or a tall wall unit?
beige curtain panels from ikea (merete)...hanging ceiling to floor..

Yes, although I'm living in California from almost 10 years, I'm from Spain and there is very usual the radiator cover. Is a good solution and looks nice as the sample above from " mumprenuer".

Coincidentaly I have recently been inspired by that blue but couldn't put it all together myself. I really like the Stratton Blue and this may also cover the ugly walls. I have seen a blue rug such as the one in the image below- more to grey. I also like the natural plain rug on that picture . Which shop are those cushions or what style are they known as- I like them.

These are the colour paints I found closely similar to Stratton. I will be buying some tester paints.

Believe it or not, the throw pillows I found on Etsy.....this seller had loads of beautiful pillows....Pretty sure the seller's name is Turquoise Tumbleweed? Search that and see it that's the one. Pretty sure it is. They are pretty though. Loved a lot of the pillows there! :)
