It has some similarities to some Spanish houses I've seen from that period.

There was an architectural style from that time that combined prairie style with mission revival. The arched windows give it a mission revival feel. Good luck!!

The date of the house places it in a period of "Eclectic" styles. There are many styles under this definition and they are some times mixed with each other which I think is the case here. It has features of "Spanish Eclectic" and "Mission" (Amy gets a gold star). The asphalt shingle roof is a little out of place. It could have been wood shingles originally but I wonder if clay tile had once been there.

To go further, the arched window shapes and deeply textured stucco were common on Spanish Eclectic of the time. The parapet gable is a signature of Mission along with the coping on top of it. Mission style, born of reference to the Catholic missions, began in California but spread to many parts of the country but is mostly found in the Southwest. I suspect this is a Texas house.

So I think you can call it Spanish Eclectic or Mission. I would lean toward calling it Mission.

My pleasure, this is my passion. I grew up in Texas and I know it when I see it. lol

Your house is a charming place. I have lived, for short periods, and have friends who have houses like yours and they are always comfortable and intimate. That period of house was also well built in the way of craftsmanship. Best of luck to you!
