It looks like Dirty Top reclaimed Heart Pine. Some makers may call it a different name. Nail holes, cracks, oil spots, etc will all be natural from the original pine beams previous life before being sawn down to make flooring.

It is original patina antique heart pine with the circle saw marks still on it, etc.
