Dirt Digger Looks like horsetail reed

nolanoble That is what it is. It can be invasive depending on where you live/climate...great looking, the reed itself is actually hollow.

Lavin Landscape & Ground Maintenance Giant horsetail (Equisetum giganteum) be sure to keep it in contained beds or containers, It spreads vigorously in warmer climates. Do not let them go to seed.
