That looks like Lavender...but the size depends on the region, light, soil, etc.

Would be more striking if you plant them closer together and pair them with something else, like river rock. Looks too uniform.

Those are young lavender. They have since filled in completely at that spacing to the point of seasonally obscuring the wall.
