Which topiary would you put at the entrance to your home?

Yes per post above, topiary is an "architectural" statement that can enhance the character of the home. The "corkscrew" or spiral topiary looks great with Italian Mediterranean buildings and geometric shapes work with English and French Manor homes. Topiary tends to be a "formal" statement in my mind, but anxious to hear from the landscape "pros"!!

The one on the left is a natural shape and would need less attention as far as maintenance. That would be my choice, since I am a minimalist gardener.

I agree a spiral is considered more "formal"..however..I have seen them, and think they work fine and add a lot of interest to mostly any type of home..I love them.

#1, #3, or #4. I would use #1 on each side. Love pots #4 & #5. I will up from OC soon for a few more pots.
