how do decorate with different ceiling heights
May 10, 2013 in Design Dilemma
We have different ceiling heights in the master bedroom as it is a big room we want to warm it up with wall paper but not sure how to do it for a neat finish, there is not a single large feature wall as every wall has different heights, ideas please

Wow Great Place
If you ignore all the angled parts, and wallpaper the entire room (except perhaps the "true" ceiling, assuming it gets flat up top somewhere....) then that would help "remove" some angles. Pattern matching will be rather tricky, so you'd have to choose something forgiving, and have a REALLY good installer do the job!

I agree with wow but would also consider just papering the wall behind the bed as a great focal point. Paint the other walls and as wow says, just ignore the ceiling angles.
