lamp shade replacements

I have looked and looked for replacement lamp shades and cannot find anything even close. Never dreamed it would be so hard. Measurements are 14" at top, 20" at bottom and 14" along the side. Anyone know of a place that sells large or custom sized shades that aren't extremely expensive?

They don't have to be pleated.

Thanks!

Are you trying for another pleated shade?...or is it just the size you can't find? You can actually go down one size for this lamp.

Target and Walmart both carry good, inexpensive selections

no doesn't have to be pleated. I might try a size smaller. I like these simple lamps but not wild about the shade. Haven't seen a replacement lamp I like better. But I'm looking.

I think a barrel shade would look best. I like the lamps. My mother bought a speckled pair of jug lamps back in 1978 they are still in excellent condition and are timeless.

I know that in the stores Home Sense in Canada sell lamp shades. I believe it is the equivalent of goods home design in the us.

Take the lamp base with you and also consider changing the size of the harp. Often that puts a different sized shade at just the right place on your lamp base.
